FAQs

What can I expect in treatment?

Have you ever had a therapist sit silently the entire session while you recounted what you did last week? This is not what you will get with me—I work collaboratively with you by asking questions and offering perspective. I pull from multiple modalities (mostly cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and somatic psychotherapies) to facilitate slowing down and emerging into the depth of your experience in order to bring about lasting transformation.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time but can provide documentation that you may submit for partial or full out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company. You are encouraged to contact your insurance company to secure details regarding your out-of-network benefits prior to your first session.
